A Washington, D.C. native, Dale possesses a B.S. degree with dual majors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science; the majors blend perfectly with his 35 years of seasoned business practice. His prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer of a $15 million wholesale produce firm and President of a $75 million service firm, which was a division of a billion dollar public company.
His industry expertise includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) for over four years, from 1997-2001. During his tenure there, he received awards for his first year of board service, his work on the ethics committee and outstanding leadership in committee chairmanship. Dale was instrumental in strengthening the NAPS Code of Ethics, giving our clients more protection than any other industry trade association. He felt this was necessary to protect both the clients our industry depends upon, and the integrity and reputation of the industry itself.
As the founder and owner of this firm, Dale's commitment to quality placements is the foundation of our excellent reputation. He created our unique ethics code which forbids us from making a placement that does not meet all of the needs of the client. His extensive Management and Human Resource experience is why he is able to readily come up with alternatives for otherwise intractable staffing problems. Finally, he never rests in pursuing continual improvement in the quality of service we provide to all of our wonderful clients and candidates.
In his spare time, Dale loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and biking. In fact, he is a Lifetime Member of the following organizations:
* American Hiking Society (since 1981)
* Appalachian Mountain Club (since 1983)
* Appalachian Trail Conservancy (since 1982)
* League of American Bicyclists (since 1990)
* Pacific Crest Trail Association (since 1994)
* Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (since 1981)
* Washington Area Bicyclist Association (since 1991)
* Rails to Trails Conservancy (since 1994 - their very first Lifetime Member)
Currently, Dale is Chairman of the Children of Tibet Trust Foundation (www.ChildrenOfTibetTrust.org), a local nonprofit helping the children of Tibet with education, vocational training, conservation, and ecology.
Jeremy has recently relocated to the Washington D.C. metro area from South Carolina. A Northwest Indiana native, he earned a B.S. degree in Theology & School Administration from Fairhaven Baptist College. While in the Hoosier state, he managed the organics recycling division of a large local environmental services firm, gaining exposure to government contracting, compliance and regulatory issues, with added responsibilities as the company's Director of Marketing and Human Resources.
Upon moving to South Carolina, he turned his focus to the growing rental industry, learning the business from the ground up, becoming the General Manager of the highest volume rental store in the Upstate of South Carolina within a year. Desiring more exposure to the high tech industry, he joined Concentrix (a Synnex company) as a Business Development Specialist. While there, he excelled in a highly competitive environment developing sales opportunities for IBM and Mainline Information Systems, IBM's largest business partner in the U.S. His experience and familiarity with enterprise software and systems uniquely enable him to see the untapped potential locked up within a business, and how to extract it.
Finally, he left it all behind to pursue a once in a lifetime opportunity, taking over a struggling private school, Landmark Christian Academy, in Easley, SC. As Principal, he applied proven benchmarking principles and customized analytical metrics to improve student performance, producing two grades that ranked #1 in the U.S., within three years of his arrival. Now he's ours. His broad knowledge and business management experience will be readily applied to the staffing industry as he helps lead Temporaries Now and Gaskins Search Group into the future.
Jeremy also enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, as well as coaching youth soccer at the YMCA. He has a love for U.S. and World history, with a keen interest in the Revolutionary War Era. Hang-gliding and learning to play the piano are still on his bucket list.
